Wellness Workshops
I offer a range of wellness workshops for general audiences, grounded in research-supported principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and multicultural psychology. My workshops are active and engaging, and participants will walk away with tangible new skills. Typically, workshops last for 60 or 90 minutes, but I can adapt and combine them to meet your needs.
